Terms and Conditions

All submissions must be subtitled in English. Foreign language films without subtitles or dubbing will not be considered.

Only complete materials will be accepted. This includes a non-refundable entry fee, a completed submission form, and an attached version of the film.

We reserve the right to reject any proposal at our discretion.

Travel and lodging fees are not provided.
